Conveyancing Solicitor / Qualified Conveyancer. A Bristol based legal firm is looking for a Qualified Conveyancer / Real Estate Solicitor to head up their new conveyancing department. This tech driven, fast growing firm in Bradley Stoke is offering a fantastic opportunity for a driven, experienced and qualified conveyancer who will be offered a competitive salary and immediate profit share, and 5% of the business to start with, rising to 10% following a qualifying period.
The role is office based in North Bristol.
The Conveyancing Real Estate Solicitor / Qualified Conveyancer will need to have been practicing long enough to be able to sign off conveyancing work themselves and will be a qualified residential conveyancer.
The Conveyancing Solicitor / Qualified Conveyancer salary is £30-60k basic (depending on experience), plus profit share. The company has ambitious growth plans and the profit share could double the basic salary for the right candidate.
