Finance Administrator / Accounts Assistant
Finance Administrator / Accounts Assistant. A Chippenham based IT solutions provider is looking for a qualified Financial Administrator to join the team. The Finance Administrator / Accounts Assistant will be capable of managing all financial duties, will be highly organised and will be an effective communicator.
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for inputting, management and delivery of accounts, establishing, maintaining and co-ordinating the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures, monitoring all spending, analysing the company financial performance, forecasting, expenditure analysis, interacting with auditors, preparation of customer billing and chasing payments, timesheet analysis, managing the bank and cash flow on a daily basis and processing bank payments including reconciliation, managing legislative accounting processes, VAT returns, payment of NI PAYE etc, R&D returns, share option schemes, monthly payroll including pension schemes, expenses, company credit cards, childcare vouchers etc.
The Finance Administrator / Accounts Assistant will need the following skills:
- Good communication skills – patient and friendly manner
- Sage Accounts and Payroll skills essential
- Computer literate in MS office suite
- Working within and managing office processes
- Inputting, managing and delivering of Company accounts
- AAT (or equivalent) qualified.
The Finance Administrator / Accounts Assistant will need the following experience:
- Sage 50 Accounts
- Payroll (currently using Sage but this may change)
- MS Office
The Finance Administrator / Accounts Assistant will need a car.
The Financial Administrator salary is up to £28k + excellent benefits including pension, death in service, income protection, medical and travel insurance
